Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm
Nordic Hotel Consulting has advised Invesco on the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm to Fastighets AB Balder for approximately SEK 670 million.
The property is located on Kungsholmen, an island in the heart of Stockholm. The 22,000 sqm hotel was built in 2009, and it features 280 rooms.
