In 2010, Nordic Hotel Consulting acted as an investment advisor to Generator Hostels and its former owners Patron Capital Partners in acquiring and developing the property on Adelgade 5-7. Patron Capital successfully converted the property into the successful Generator Hostel Copenhagen. The property is located in the heart of Copenhagen, not far from Kongens Nytorv. The hostel opened in 2011 as a first Generator hostel in the Nordics.
Stockholm:
In 2015, Nordic Hotel Consulting advised Generator Hostels and its owners Patron Capital and Invesco on the Generator Stockholm expansion. The property is located in the middle of Norrmalm and Vasastaden districts. The hostel was opened in 2016.
