Oslo Apartments Divestment

Nordic Hotel Consulting acted as exclusive advisor to Oslo Apartments on the sale of the company to Forenom. The process included conducting a limited marketing process and advising Oslo Apartments on the full negotiation process. By this acquisition, Forenom became a major provider of serviced apartments in the Norwegian market and it re-established its position as the Nordic market leader.
