Scandic Hotel Falkoner

Nordic Hotel Consulting has advised ATP Real Estate on the operator search and contract negotiations for the conversion and extension of the Falconer Hotel to a 334-room Scandic Hotel. ATP and Scandic have signed a long-term lease agreement

The 16-storey hotel is located close to Frederiksberg metro station. The property is a conference centre that can accommodate up to 3.000 people. The hotel underwent extensive renovations from 2017 till mid-2019, including the refurbishment of two concert halls and six conference rooms. Furthermore, ATP and Scandic have proceeded with a guestroom extension, with the number of rooms being doubled. The renovated and rebranded hotel opened its doors in August 2019.
