Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena

Nordic Hotel Consulting has advised the project company Hanemann Ejendomme P/S on the feasibility study, operator search and contract negotiations for a new hotel by the Royal Arena in Copenhagen. Ultimately, the hotel will be branded under Zleep Hotels. Hanemann Ejendomme P/S sold the project to ATP Real Estate during the development process.

The 211-room hotel will represent the largest Zleep hotel to date. It will be located near the new multifunctional arena, Royal Arena, and within a short walking distance to Ørestad metro station and Field’s, Denmark’s largest shopping centre. The hotel will offer a bar in the lobby, allowing concertgoers easy access to F&B services. The hotel is scheduled to open in May 2020.
