Zleep Hotels Acquisition
NHC has advised Deutsche Hospitality on the acquisition of 51% of Zleep Hotels. The Danish company became the fifth hotel brand under Deutsche Hospitality. With this acquisition, Deutsche Hospitality is able to expand its products into the Nordic market and grow Zleep Hotels as a European limited-service brand. This transaction thus notes a significant milestone in Nordic hospitality M&A.
The transaction won Deutsche Hospitality the 2019 NHC Conference Award.
